The client wanted not only to completely redesign the public website, but also to improve the user experience of the platform with which real estate agents manage their property and buyers.

The most exciting part of the project was no doubt the analysis and improvement of the CRM platform. This tool was already being used by a large number of professionals, so the client wanted the transition to be as smooth as possible. The challenge was to make the most used features more accessible and to improve the UX design without disrupting some of the platform's usage patterns that had been already assimilated by the users.
